The 93LC56B-I-SN is a 2K-bit, low-voltage serial Electrically Erasable PROM. The93LC56B-I-SN memory is configured as x16 bits. Advanced CMOS technology makes the device ideal for low power nonvolatile memory applications. The 93LC56B-I-SN is available in standard 8-pin DIP, surface mount SOIC, and TSSOP packages. The 93LC56AX/BX are only offered in a 150-mil SOIC package.
